Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Finance Control Consultant based in Bengaluru. The consultant will manage and implement SAP FICO processes, provide guidance on financial and controlling systems, and align business processes with SAP solutions. The role requires analyzing business needs, optimizing processes, and configuring SAP functionalities to meet project goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, resolving system issues, and delivering user training are key components of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP FICO module, including CO-PA and related functionalities
- Strong understanding of financial processes and principles, combined with Business Process expertise
- Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate business needs and system performance
- Experience in implementing SAP solutions and system configuration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
- Prior work experience in the construction or transportation industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site team environment
