Mahesh Edible Oil Industries is one of India's leading edible oil manufacturers, committed to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. As part of our digital transformation journey, we are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Architect to lead enterprise SAP initiatives and drive business transformation through technology.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring extensive expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, solution design, enterprise implementations, and digital transformation within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise SAP S/4HANA architecture, implementation, enhancement, and governance initiatives.
Design scalable SAP solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs, including migration, integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and distribution processes.
Manage implementation partners, vendors, and cross-functional project teams.
Ensure system performance, security, compliance, documentation, and governance.
Drive continuous process improvement and maximize business value from SAP investments.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, solution architecture, and enterprise-scale SAP implementations.
Proven experience in architecting multi-ERP landscapes and leading end-to-end SAP migration and transformation programs.
Mandatory SAP Certifications in:
SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FICO)
SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD)
Strong domain experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Goods (CPG) industries with a deep understanding of Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and Distribution business processes.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or an equivalent discipline. MBA will be an added advantage.
Additional certifications such as SAP S/4HANA, ITIL Foundation, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile will be preferred.
