Role Description The SAP FICO Trainer will deliver structured, hands-on training sessions on SAP FICO modules to learners at various experience levels. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad includes preparing course materials, designing lesson plans, and conducting classroom and lab sessions that cover core finance and controlling functionalities, integration points, and real-time scenarios. The trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, tests, and project work, providing feedback and guidance to support skill development. The role also involves staying current with SAP updates, coordinating with academic leadership to refine the curriculum, and occasionally mentoring learners on career paths and interview preparation.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO, including core configuration, integration, and real-time implementation concepts.
- Proficiency in Training and classroom facilitation, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, structured manner.
- Solid understanding of Business Process mapping and optimization within finance and controlling domains.
- Working knowledge of Materials Management processes and integration with SAP FICO.
- Consulting skills to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and practical case studies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field; SAP certification in FICO is an advantage.
- Prior experience as an SAP FICO consultant or trainer, preferably in a training institute or corporate environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-focused mindset.
- Ability to design course content, develop exercises, and guide learners through project-based training.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate with cross-functional academic and administrative teams.
