Hiring: SAP FICO Led – S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation | Bangalore
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Led to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation in a Greenfield environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP Finance transformation programs, stakeholder management, and enterprise-wide finance process standardization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance Greenfield implementation from design to go-live and hypercare
- Drive Finance process design across:
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
- Controlling (CO)
- Implement SAP S/4HANA innovations including:
- Universal Journal (ACDOCA)
- Embedded Fiori Apps
- Real-time analytics and reporting
- Define and manage finance data migration strategy from legacy systems to S/4HANA
- Ensure integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, and external systems
- Collaborate with Finance leadership, IT teams, and implementation partners
- Manage governance, change requests, testing, UAT, and cutover activities
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–12+ years of SAP FICO experience
- 2–3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield preferred)
- Strong expertise in:
- GL, AP, AR
- Asset Accounting
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Product Costing
- COPA
- Experience with finance transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification preferred
