Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant with 10–12 years of strong functional expertise in Finance and Controlling. The candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, manage client stakeholders, and drive solution design across SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle implementations of SAP FICO
• Gather business requirements and design end-to-end finance solutions
• Configure and support:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Bank Accounting
• Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
• Handle integration with:
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• SAP PP
• Lead team members and review functional specifications
• Provide client-facing leadership and solution guidance
• Support data migration, testing (UAT), and go-live activities

Required Skills:

• 10–12 years of SAP FICO experience
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end implementation experience
• Strong knowledge of:
• New GL / Parallel Accounting
• COPA (Profitability Analysis)
• Product Costing
• Revenue Recognition
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance is mandatory
• Strong stakeholder management & leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in global rollout projects
• Exposure to SAP FSCM / Treasury (added advantage)
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Ability to mentor junior consultants
