We are hiring a highly experienced SAP FICO Lead for a full-time, onsite role in Bengaluru. This is a priority requirement for immediate closure, to drive finance transformation initiatives and lead end-to-end SAP implementations in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Role Overview
You will act as the functional leader for SAP FICO, driving solution design, implementation, and optimization across financial processes while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
- Drive solution design for Finance and Controlling processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and process improvements.
- Configure and optimize modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
- Ensure integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Provide functional expertise, guidance, and team leadership.
- Support UAT, training, and post-implementation activities.
- Drive process standardization and best practices.
Required Skills & Expertise
- 10+ years of strong SAP FICO experience.
- Proven experience as a FICO Lead / Functional Lead.
- Expertise in end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Strong configuration experience across FI and CO modules.
- Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with S/4HANA Finance and S/4HANA migration / transformation projects.
- Exposure to banking, manufacturing, or retail domains.
- SAP Certification in FICO or S/4 Finance.
