Job Description
- Experience to handle Change Requests, Incidents and Service Requests in AMS project.
- The role involves close coordination with business users, technical teams, and other SAP modules to ensure accurate financial processes, compliance, and reporting.
- He/She should have experience in end to end implementation experience in SAP S4HANA along with support experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO S/4HANA.
- Provide root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Mentor junior consultants and review their work.
- Handle rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Interact with Finance, Accounts, and Tax teams to understand business needs.
- Translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications.
- Provide best-practice SAP solutions rather than custom-heavy designs.
- Integration with PoS, PMS, Ecobillz, e-Invoice and many third party system.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Assist with statutory, audit, and management reporting.
