Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant (SAP Signavio Experience Preferred)**

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced **SAP FICO Consultant** with strong expertise in **SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO)** modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP implementation, support, process optimization, and business process mapping using **SAP Signavio**. The role involves collaborating with finance stakeholders to analyze, optimize, and transform financial processes while ensuring seamless SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure, implement, and support SAP FI and CO modules based on business requirements.
* Gather, analyze, and document finance and controlling business processes.
* Utilize **SAP Signavio** for process discovery, process modeling, documentation, and process optimization initiatives.
* Work closely with finance, audit, and business teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
* Configure and support modules including:
* General Ledger (GL)
* Accounts Payable (AP)
* Accounts Receivable (AR)
* Asset Accounting (AA)
* Bank Accounting
* Cost Center Accounting
* Profit Center Accounting
* Internal Orders
* Product Costing
* Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
* Support end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and production support activities.
* Perform system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
* Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows.
* Prepare functional specifications and support ABAP development where required.
* Provide end-user training and maintain process documentation.
* Ensure compliance with finance controls, governance, and SAP best practices.
Required Skills
* Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration.
* Hands-on experience with **SAP Signavio Process Manager** and process modeling.
* Experience in business process analysis, optimization, and documentation.
* Knowledge of financial accounting and management accounting principles.
* Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects.
* Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
* SAP FI/CO Certification is preferred.
* SAP Signavio certification or practical implementation experience is an advantage.
* Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
* 4–8 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
* Experience working on at least one end-to-end SAP implementation.
* Hands-on exposure to SAP Signavio for business process transformation initiatives.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams across Finance, Procurement, Sales, and IT.
