Job Description
- Highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet business requirements.
- The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze business processes, and deliver efficient SAP solutions to improve financial operations and reporting.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO functional specifications.
- Configure and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
- Implement and support financial processes such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Configure Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation, rollouts, and support projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial and controlling requirements.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation of SAP FICO processes.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support to end users.
- Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP) for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare functional specifications (FS) and support technical teams in development activities.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to business users.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and regulatory requirements.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI and CO configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Tax Configuration.
- Experience in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Experience in implementation, rollout, or support projects.
- Ability to prepare functional documentation and business process documents.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
- Experience with integration with third-party financial systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
