SAP FICO Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, end-to-end implementation projects, and integration with SAP MM processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in business blueprinting, configuration, testing, and supporting enterprise-wide SAP transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities SAP FICO Implementation & Support
- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projects including requirement gathering, business blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and support activities.
- Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Controlling.
- Support system enhancements, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
SAP Integration & Business Processes
- Work extensively on FI/MM integration including Inventory Management, Account Determination, Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules.
- Understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
Functional Specifications & Testing
- Prepare detailed functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams including ABAP and BASIS teams.
- Develop test scenarios, execute test scripts, and perform end-to-end testing activities.
- Support deployment, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in a multi-vendor environment.
- Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, and solution design sessions.
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and user support.
