Position: SAP FICO Consultant
Experience: 3-5 years
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Provide Application Support (AMS) for SAP FICO, handling L2/L3 issues
- Work on 4–5 Support Projects, resolving incidents, service requests, and enhancements
- Actively participate in 3–4 End-to-End Implementations across all phases
- Perform system configuration in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD) for integration issues
- Conduct UAT testing and user training sessions
- Support data migration activities and cutover planning
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation
✅ Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SAP CO (preferred)
- Experience in S/4HANA (preferred)
- Integration knowledge with MM & SD modules
- Familiarity with LSMW / Migration Cockpit
✅ Functional Skills
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Experience in business process mapping and requirement gathering
✅ Tools
- Exposure to tools like ServiceNow / Jira (for support projects)
🔹 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting
- MBA (Finance) / CA / ICWA – Preferred
🔹 Key Expectations
- Proven experience in 4–5 Support engagements
- Hands-on involvement in 3–4 full lifecycle implementations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing experience
🔹 Good to Have
- Experience in Rollouts / Global Implementations
- Exposure to COPA / Product Costing
- Knowledge of GST / Indian taxation
🔹 Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
