Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant
Experience: 10–15 Years
Job type / Duration: Full Time / Long-term
Notice: Immediate joiner
Location: On-Site Malaysia (Visa providing by Organization)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement projects in SAP FICO.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and manage FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
- Configure CO modules including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing.
- Support financial closing, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure proper integration with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Handle configuration, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and system defects.
- Support data migration and validation activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and process flows.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO (FI & CO modules).
- Implementation experience in SAP FICO (mandatory).
- Expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, and Internal Orders.
- Good understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
- Experience in integration with MM and SD modules.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and closing cycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have:
- Experience in S/4HANA Finance (Simple Finance).
- Knowledge of Fiori apps for Finance and Controlling.
- Exposure to COPA (Profitability Analysis).
- Familiarity with SAP BTP integrations.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
