Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, FI, CO, and RAR. The candidate will be responsible for SAP FICO configuration, implementation/support, business requirement analysis, troubleshooting, and integration with SAP and third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance modules.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
- Lead or contribute to SAP FICO implementation, enhancement, and production-support projects.
- Configure and support Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) processes.
- Work on Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
- Handle integration of FICO with MM, SD, FSCM, RAR, and third-party systems.
- Support SAP Fiori, EDI, Group Reporting, and related reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP functional consultants.
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide technical/functional guidance to junior consultants and coordinate with project teams.
- Support global SAP implementations and production environments across multiple regions.
Must-Have Skills
- 6–8 years of relevant SAP FICO experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO configuration.
- Experience with SAP FICO implementation and/or production support.
- Hands-on knowledge of RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting).
- Strong integration experience with MM and SD.
- Experience with FSCM and third-party system integration.
- Experience with SAP Fiori, EDI, and Group Reporting/reporting tools.
- Strong business requirement analysis and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working in global SAP environments.
- Good stakeholder and team-management skills.
Good to Have
- SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance certification.
- SAP debugging knowledge.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, services, or other industry-specific SAP environments.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on SAP FICO professional who can independently handle configuration, integration, implementation/support, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination in a global S/4HANA environment.
