Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an SAP FICO Consultant located in Bengaluru South. The SAP FICO Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules to meet business requirements. Daily tasks include analyzing business needs, configuring systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes. The candidate will ensure that the delivered solutions align with company standards and best practices to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules
- Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into SAP solutions
- Proficiency in system configuration and troubleshooting of SAP FICO processes
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset accounting
- Collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in SAP implementation, customization, and support; SAP certification is an advantage
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and scalable solutions
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
