Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a SAP FICO Specialist, located in Indore. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, implementing SAP FICO solutions, ensuring master data integrity, and providing expert consulting support. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of SAP FICO with business objectives, solve complex challenges, and deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to the company's needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP FICO module implementation and support
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to analyze and optimize them
- Experience in consulting and collaborating with teams to meet business objectives
- Familiarity with master data management practices and ensuring data accuracy
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
- Professional experience in financial operations or IT consulting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders
