SAP FICO + RAR Consultant Job Summary
We are hiring experienced SAP FICO + RAR Consultants with strong expertise in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR), SAP FICO, and Order-to-Cash business processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP RAR implementations, revenue recognition processes, and integration with SAP SD, FI/CO, and FICA modules.

Key Responsibilities SAP FICO & RAR Implementation
- Participate in end-to-end SAP FICO and SAP RAR implementation and enhancement projects.
- Configure and support SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) solutions.
- Work on SAP RAR integration with SAP FI, SD, and FICA modules.
- Support revenue recognition, accounting, and reporting processes aligned with business requirements.
Business Process & Solution Design
- Analyze Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes and recommend SAP-based solutions.
- Design and customize business processes within SAP RAR, SD, and FI/CO modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop conceptual solution designs.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications for enhancements and integrations.
Integration & Compliance
- Work on integration between SAP SD, FICO, FICA, and RAR modules.
- Support compliance and accounting standards including IFRS15.
- Ensure accurate revenue accounting and reporting processes within SAP environments.
Project & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in multi-vendor environments.
- Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with technical teams to support system enhancements and issue resolution.
