Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP FI Trainer role based in Pune City. The trainer will design and deliver an 80-hour SAP FI training program, including preparing course materials, hands-on exercises, and real-world case studies aligned with industry best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom sessions, assessing learner progress, providing individual guidance, and updating content to reflect current SAP FI and FICO functionalities. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand training needs, aligning content with business processes, and providing feedback on learner readiness for real-world SAP implementation scenarios.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in SAP FI and SAP FICO, with practical experience in configuration, end-user processes, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Demonstrated experience in Training, including curriculum design, classroom delivery, and learner assessment for professional or corporate audiences.
- Solid understanding of Business Process flows related to finance and controlling, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Exposure to Materials Management and related cross-functional processes, enabling clear explanation of FI integration with MM.
- Consulting experience or consulting mindset, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and explain best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and explain complex topics clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; professional certifications in SAP FI/FICO are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage training schedules effectively, and adapt content to varying learner levels.
