Job Summary
We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate SAP Faculty to train students and working professionals in SAP modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry experience and the ability to deliver practical, job-oriented training with real-time business scenarios. SAP trainers are commonly expected to combine implementation knowledge with structured classroom instruction and hands-on exercises.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training on SAP FICO, MM, SD, or other relevant SAP modules.
Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct hands-on sessions using real-time business cases.
Guide students in live projects, case studies, and certification preparation.
Evaluate student performance and provide regular feedback.
Support students with interview preparation and placement activities.
Keep course content updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA features and industry trends.
Coordinate with the academic team to improve curriculum and training quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience as an SAP Consultant or SAP Trainer.
Strong knowledge of SAP FICO, MM, SD, or other SAP modules.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Ability to train freshers as well as working professionals.
SAP Certification will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes.
Experience in implementation or support projects.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
