As a SAP EWM/WM-Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

Responsibilities
- Leading SAP supply chain and operations consulting projects to optimize client processes and improve operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions to support strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Utilizing data-driven insights to drive process improvements and cost management strategies
- Coordinating supply chain management activities, including demand forecasting and inventory management
- Designing and implementing warehouse management systems to streamline operations
- Building and maintaining client relationships to identify opportunities for service excellence
- Encouraging innovation and embracing change to enhance delivery and client satisfaction
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
8+ years of experience in EWM, with minimum 3 E2E implementations
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Excelling in project budgeting and resource management
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in operations
- Leading teams with a focus on operational excellence
- Developing skills in demand forecasting and planning operations
