Role Overview
The SAP EWM Technical Consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, interacting with stakeholders, and delivering end-to-end high-quality technical solutions aligned with business needs. The role involves ownership of development, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP EWM solutions, including MFS functionalities.

Functional Skills
- Experience in EWM Template Rollouts and Implementation Methodologies
- Handling system change requests, releases, incidents, and service requests as per SLA
- Root Cause Analysis and Impact Assessment
- Issue resolution during project deployment and support cycles
- Preparation of test cases, test data, and execution of testing for application changes
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze business requirements
- Deliver end-to-end technical solutions in SAP EWM
- Work closely with business stakeholders and clients
- Ensure high-quality delivery of tickets and solutions
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Maintain proper documentation and knowledge sharing
- Coordinate directly with business users when required
Required Knowledge & Exposure
- EWM integration with ERP systems
- Mobile device setup and usage in EWM
- Debugging of EWM CIF & Queues
- Strong understanding of MFS (Material Flow System)
Technical Competencies
- Understanding of ITIL & CMMI Level 3 processes
- Basic ABAP knowledge with debugging skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong documentation skills
- Knowledge of configuration management tools, branching & merging concepts
- Ability to prioritize work based on project needs
