We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled
SAP EWM Functional Consultant to join a growing enterprise transformation team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who have strong expertise in
SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), especially in
S/4HANA Embedded EWM implementations, warehouse process optimization, and global rollout/support projects.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to design, implement, and support scalable warehouse management solutions across manufacturing/automotive environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP EWM functional design, implementation, and rollout activities
- Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis
- Translate warehouse process needs into effective SAP EWM functional solutions
- Configure and support core EWM modules across Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehousing, Packaging, and Replenishment
- Coordinate with technical teams for EWM–ERP integration and interface resolution
- Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, and data migration
- Deliver user training, documentation, and hypercare/post-go-live support
- Troubleshoot functional issues and ensure business continuity
- Work with global/cross-functional stakeholders in rollout or enhancement programs

Mandatory Skills / Must Have (Profiles without these may not be considered) SAP EWM Core Experience
- 6 to 9 years of relevant experience as an SAP EWM Functional Consultant
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle end-to-end SAP EWM implementations
- Minimum 1+ year hands-on experience in S/4HANA Embedded EWM
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP EWM 9.5 / Embedded EWM
Functional & Process Expertise - Strong experience in at least one or more:
- Inbound Processes
- Outbound Processes
- Internal Warehouse Operations
- Packaging / Handling Unit Management
- Experience in Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Functional Design, and Business Process Mapping
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Functional Specifications, Testing, and Documentation
Integration Knowledge - Hands-on experience in SAP EWM – ERP Integration
- Good understanding of interfaces like:
Support & Project Exposure
- Experience in Post-Go-Live Support / Hypercare / Production Support
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve warehouse process issues
Domain Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry projects

Candidates with the following additional exposure will have an advantage:
- Experience in Value Added Services (VAS)
- Exposure to Automated Warehouse / RF / MFS integrated warehouse processes
- Knowledge of Production Integration / Replenishment
- SAP EWM Certification (Embedded or Decentralized)
- SAP WM Certification
- Exposure to SAP TM (Transportation Management)
- Experience in Global Rollouts / International Stakeholder Management
- Cross-cultural project collaboration experience

CTC: Up to 26 LPA (Best in line with relevant experience and project fit)
