Key Responsibilities-
- Implementation- Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions in line with business requirements.
- Process Design- Analyze business needs and develop functional specifications for warehouse processes including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- System Integration- Manage integration of EWM with other SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution), including ECC–EWM integration and delivery document configuration.
- Configuration & Customization- Handle master data (storage bins, products), warehouse structure setup, and process control configuration. Configure Warehouse Order Creation Rules (WOCR) using activity-based filters, limits, and process-specific determination logic. Customize RF framework and RF screen flows to meet client-specific warehouse operational requirements.
- Warehouse Process Optimization- Configure and support Wave Management and Replenishment to improve picking efficiency and ensure stock availability.
- Automation & Enhancements- Implement Post Processing Framework (PPF) including action profiles, action definitions, and scheduling conditions for automated follow-up actions.
- Testing & Support- Execute unit testing, integration testing, and system monitoring. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist end users during validation to ensure business requirements are met. Provide post go-live support to ensure system stability and performance.
- Go-Live & Transition- Actively participate in cut-over planning, go-live execution, and post go-live production support.
- Documentation- Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation to support business users and warehouse operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in SAP EWM implementation and support.
- SAP S/4HANA: Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA/ RISE Embedded EWM.
- Core EWM Knowledge: Deep understanding of Inbound, Outbound, Internal Warehouse processes, and Warehouse Monitoring.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to debug code and work with Technical Consultants to create WRICEF objects.
