A leading IT services & enterprise software consultancy delivering SAP ERP implementations, migrations, and managed services across manufacturing, retail, and professional services. We partner with global customers to modernize finance, supply chain, and operations through cloud and S/4HANA transformations. This is a fully remote consulting role based in India, supporting client engagements and delivery across time zones.

Primary Title: SAP ERP Consultant (SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant)

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements and translate them into SAP configuration designs.
• Configure and test SAP ERP modules (FI/MM/SD) and design end-to-end business processes aligned to industry best practices.
• Plan and execute data migration activities, develop LSMW/BDC objects, and validate data in target systems.
• Support integration points using IDoc/ALE and collaborate with ABAP developers and middleware teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Develop test scripts, lead UAT sessions, resolve defects, and drive deployment-ready release packages.
• Provide post-go-live hypercare, user training, and create operational documentation and runbooks for client teams.

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, IT, or related field and demonstrated experience in end-to-end SAP ERP implementations (functional consultant background preferred).
• Strong client-facing experience with remote delivery, workshop facilitation, and clear documentation skills.
