Job Role: SAP EPPM Functional Consultant
Job Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad
Work Mode: (WFO)
Experience: 6-8 Years
Required Skill Set
Strong functional knowledge and hands‑on expertise in SAP EPPM along with end‑to‑end testing experience.
Must-Have**
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Financial Planning.
- Design and configure SAP EPPM / PPM modules (Portfolio Management, Project Management, Item Management, Resource Scheduling).
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate EPPM with: SAP S/4HANA, SAP PS (Project System), SAP FICO, SAP HCM / SuccessFactors (for resource planning)
- Configure and manage:
- Portfolio buckets
- Portfolio items
- Project templates
- Phase and task management
- Financial planning and approval workflows
- Capacity and resource planning
- Perform gap analysis and propose system solutions with detailed documentation.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
- Provide end user training, cut-over support, and post go live stabilization.
- Troubleshoot issues and work with technical teams for enhancements or custom developments (Fiori Apps, Workflows, Reports).
- Support periodic system upgrades, feature releases, and continuous improvements.
Good-to-Have
- Experience with SAP PS, CPM, Commercial Project Management, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for project reporting.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to PPM 6.1 / EPPM on S/4HANA migration scenarios.
- Understanding of project-based industries (Telecom, Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction).
