Title: SAP EPPM Consultant

Description
- Plan and execute SAP ePPM implementation, rollout, enhancement, integration and application support activities.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, fit-to-standard workshops, solution walkthroughs, demonstrations and user training for business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs, configuration documents, functional specifications, test scenarios and user stories.
- Configure and support end-to-end portfolio and project lifecycle processes, from project request and evaluation through planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
- Design portfolio structures, buckets, initiatives and items; support prioritization, scoring, questionnaires, decision points and approval workflows.
- Configure project structures, phases, tasks, checklists, roles, staffing, relationships, milestones, status management and project templates.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, availability control, forecasting, cost/revenue planning, settlement, capitalization and period-end project processes.
- Work with SAP Project System concepts including project definitions, WBS elements, networks, activities, milestones, confirmations and project profiles.
- Support capacity planning, resource demand, staffing, allocation, utilization and overbooking analysis across projects.
- Configure and support project issue, risk, change, document and collaboration processes.
- Analyze portfolio and project performance using standard reports, Fiori analytical applications and relevant SAP Analytics Cloud content where applicable.
- Integrate SAP ePPM with SAP S/4HANA Finance, Controlling, Logistics, Human Resources and other SAP or non-SAP applications.
- Work with standard interfaces, APIs and OData services; coordinate with technical and integration teams for custom developments and data exchanges.
- Prepare and execute unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, cutover and go-live activities.
- Perform data migration, master-data validation, defect analysis, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, release support and production stabilization.
- Create and maintain solution documentation, configuration workbooks, functional specifications, test evidence, training material and operational support documents.
- Collaborate with business, project management, finance, controlling, integration, development, security and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- 4-6 years of relevant SAP ePPM / PPM / Project System experience, with at least 1-2 end-to-end implementation or rollout engagements preferred.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA ePPM, SAP Portfolio and Project Management and/or SAP Project System is preferred.
- Experience across implementation, enhancement and AMS/support engagements, including business workshops, configuration, testing and deployment.
- Good understanding of project accounting, financial and capacity planning, budgeting, availability control, execution, controlling and closure.
- SAP ePPM, PPM, Project System or relevant SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
- Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in onsite-offshore, cross-functional and global delivery teams.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to manage priorities, risks, dependencies and delivery commitments.
