Job Title:
GCC - SAP EHS Expert
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance SAP EHS applications, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
- Support in solving incidents and bugs.
- Apply technical expertise to manage, improve, and support existing software applications to ensure business continuity.
- Write functional specifications for developers.
- Test, validate, and document customizations and development changes.
- Collaborate with product managers and HSE experts to analyze business and functional requirements and propose solutions for EHS processes.
- Support key EHS processes including Product Safety, SDS Authoring and distribution, Dangerous Goods Management, and global label management.
- Support Substance Volume Tracking (SVT), SVHC, Poison Control Notification (PCN), and other registration processes as applicable in the Chemicals industry.
- Be available on-call on a rotating schedule to handle major issues outside of working hours (Mon to Fri).
Key Requirements:
- Deep hands-on experience with SAP EHS in areas such as Product Safety, SVT, SVHC, PCN, 3E.
- Expertise in SAP EHS Expert Rules setup, modification, and configuration.
- Understanding of SAP BW report structure and basic knowledge of SAP BW reports and interfacing.
- General SAP EHS customization experience.
- Knowledge in transversal business capabilities (e.g., Process Safety, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene).
- Familiarity with Global Label Management (GLM) and S/4 Product Compliance.
- Experience with interfacing, IDocs, and ALE.
- English (Mandatory).

Other Details:
The primarily work schedule will be CET. This position requires an on-call rotation to manage major issues outside of regular business hours.
