Role Description: The SAP ECC Data Migration Analyst (HR Focus) is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and validating HR-related data migration activities within SAP ECC. This role involves analyzing legacy HR data, designing data mapping and transformation rules, and coordinating data extraction, cleansing, loading, and reconciliation. The analyst collaborates with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve data issues, and ensure data integrity, compliance, and consistency across systems. Daily tasks include creating and maintaining documentation, performing test cycles, troubleshooting migration defects, and providing post-migration support for HR modules and related interfaces.
Requirements:
- SAP ECC knowledge of People/Employee/Commercial data
- Ability to analyse and profile data within SAP ECC to support ERP migration activities
- Create and maintain data mapping, transformation, and validation documentation
- Perform data cleansing, quality assessments, reconciliation, and issue resolution
- Support mock loads, testing cycles, and post-migration validation
- Work directly with business users and SMEs to confirm data requirements and business rules
- Strong Excel / SQL or similar data analysis tool experience
- Good communication skills
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and business analysis capabilities to interpret HR processes, define data requirements, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess data analytics skills to validate migrated data, perform reconciliation, produce reports, and support decision-making through insights into HR data.
- Practical experience with SAP ECC HR/HCM modules, including HR master data structures, infotypes, and integrations, is highly beneficial.
- Experience with data migration tools and methodologies (e.g., LSMW, BAPIs, IDocs, ETL tools) and familiarity with testing practices for data validation is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in SAP data migration projects.
- Knowledge of SAP tables, specifically in HR module.

- Minimum 5+ years' experience working on SAP HR Module
