Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP EAM modules including: o Equipment & Functional Locations.
- Maintenance Planning & Scheduling.
- Preventive Maintenance o Breakdown & Corrective Maintenance.
- Notifications & Work Orders • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EAM solutions.
- Perform system configuration, testing (unit & integration), and deployment.
- Support integration with related SAP modules such as MM, FI, CO, and PP.
- Prepare functional specifications and support technical developments.
- Conduct user training and prepare process documentation.
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve incidents/issues.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Required Skills & Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in SAP EAM / PM.
- Strong knowledge of asset management processes and maintenance strategies.
- Hands-on experience with SAP EAM configuration.
- Good understanding of integration with MM (procurement), FI/CO (costing & settlements).
- Experience with incident/change management tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
