Job Title: SAP EAM Consultant
Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Experience: 3 – 8 Years
Salary: Up to 25 LPA (Grade 3)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and support activities related to asset management and maintenance processes. The role requires close collaboration with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure efficient asset lifecycle management.
Must-Have Skills Experience
- 3 – 8 years of experience in SAP EAM / SAP PM
- Experience in implementation, enhancement, or support projects
Functional Expertise
- Strong knowledge of asset management and maintenance processes
- Hands-on experience in configuring SAP EAM modules including:
- Equipment & Functional Locations
- Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
- Preventive Maintenance
- Breakdown & Corrective Maintenance
- Notifications & Work Orders
Technical & Integration Skills
- Hands-on experience in SAP EAM configuration
- Experience working with SAP Fiori Apps and OData Services
- Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, FI, CO, and PP modules
Project Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
- Perform system configuration, testing (unit & integration), and deployment
- Prepare functional specifications for technical developments
- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA EAM
- SAP EAM / PM certification
- Experience in system upgrades and enhancement projects
- Experience in user training and process documentation
- Exposure to incident and change management tools
