Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP EAM role located in Goregaon. The SAP EAM professional will configure, maintain, and optimize SAP Enterprise Asset Management modules to support asset lifecycle, maintenance planning, and execution. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, gathering requirements from stakeholders, and translating them into effective SAP EAM solutions. The role involves managing master data related to assets, creating functional specifications, coordinating with technical teams, and supporting testing, training, and user adoption. The SAP EAM professional will also collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure integration with related modules such as SAP FICO and to continuously improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Business Process design and optimization within asset management environments.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose process issues, and propose practical solutions.
- Consulting experience, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, and solution presentation.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP FICO and its integration points with SAP EAM.
- Experience in managing and maintaining Master Data for assets, materials, and related objects.
- Prior SAP EAM implementation or support experience in industrial or asset-intensive sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Goregaon, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices, reliability concepts, and basic project management is an advantage.
