Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) to lead enterprise compliance and reporting initiatives.
This role requires strong technical and delivery leadership, business process understanding, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to implement compliant and scalable SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, driving strategic delivery excellence and ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as SAP DRC Manager for SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Design and implement SAP DRC solutions aligned with enterprise compliance needs
- Lead delivery initiatives and ensure projects align with strategic business objectives
- Engage with cross-functional teams and contribute to key technical and business decisions
- Provide solutions to complex business and technical challenges across multiple teams
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members
- Monitor project progress, risks, and delivery milestones
- Ensure best practices in compliance, integration, and business process architecture
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication and advisory support
Must Have Qualifications
- 12+ years of SAP experience
- Strong expertise in:
- SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC)
- SAP statutory reporting and e-invoicing solutions
- Strong understanding of:
- Business process architecture
- SAP integrations
- Compliance frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise projects
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Full-time 15 years of education (mandatory)
