Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant with specialized expertise in SAP Cross-Application Time Sheet (CAT). As a Master Level Consultant (G4) with 11–12 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive innovation in time management processes, and ensure the successful delivery of complex SAP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- SAP S/4HANA Implementation & Governance: – Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions, with a focus on SAP CAT functionalities. – Establish best practices, governance processes, and standards to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Cross-Application Time Sheet (CAT): – Configure and optimize SAP CAT modules to meet business needs for time-tracking, workforce planning, and project cost allocation. – Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Project Management teams to streamline time and attendance processes across the organization.
- Technical & Functional Leadership: – Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SAP S/4HANA modules, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. – Conduct system testing, quality assurance reviews, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: – Work directly with project stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with overall business strategies. – Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, functional consultants, and business analysts, to deliver large-scale SAP projects on time and within budget.
- Continuous Improvement: – Identify and recommend system enhancements, process improvements, and new features to optimize efficiency and user experience. – Keep up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA releases, tools, and technologies, incorporating relevant updates into existing systems.
- Mentoring & Training: – Mentor junior consultants and team members, offering guidance on technical design, configuration, and best practice approaches. – Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to promote knowledge transfer and user adoption across the enterprise.
