Your role
"The Deployment Lead (DI) is accountable for the planning, coordination, and execution of SAP S/4HANA Finance deployments under the ampliFi program. The role ensures that solutions are successfully rolled out to legal entities and business units, with controlled cutover, readiness, and transition to BAU, in line with UBS risk, control, and governance standards. The role works closely with Business, Integration, Project Management, Testing, Training, and Change teams to deliver stable, well‑controlled go‑lives across multiple entities and releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end deployment strategy and approach for SAP S/4HANA Finance rollouts.
- Plan and manage entity onboarding, cutover, and go‑live activities, including deployment sequencing and dependencies.
- Coordinate deployment readiness across business, functional, data, testing, training, and support teams.
- Ensure clear go‑live criteria, readiness assessments, and sign‑off are in place.
- Lead execution of cutover plans, including rehearsal, execution, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
- Manage deployment risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation.
- Provide clear deployment status, risk, and readiness reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Support transition to BAU support and hypercare, ensuring operational stability."

experience operating in complex, global environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
strong coordination and execution skills, with a structured and risk‑aware mindset.
ability to engage confidently with senior business and program stakeholders.
