Description:
DevOps support for the SAP CX Suite consisting of Emarsys, CDC and CDP. In our current implementation project, we are aiming for a go-live date in mid-May. However, we would like to have the DevOps team on board already in March to ensure a smooth handover. We also need to develop a holistic login concept (incl. MFA) in the context of CDC (CDC will serve as the login solution for all customer relevant applications).

Site structure in CDC (which applications share the same user account)?
Idea about the Business Requirements
incl. Vision for one central customer login, customer segmentation, …

Design & ownership of flows (Registration, Login, Password reset, Refreshauth) including their technical implementation.
Double opt in process
Incl. e.g. how to combine documents like DPA / EULA / Export Control
Access management for single user account (how to control access to certain applications if we only have one single account)?
Architecture Requirements
Guideline/ Manual: How to connect easily applications to the CDC
Authentication on backend services (how do backend APIs verify the authentication tokens of a user? How does the refresh scenario look like?)
Authorization – what role does CDC play in terms of Authorization (Basic, Role Based, Fine grained?) is there a possibility to centralize it or will we leave it up to the individual applications
