Role Description
1. Delivery Ownership & Value Realization
- Own end-to-end success of Qyrus implementation post onboarding
- Drive outcomes like:
- Regression suite reduction
- Defect Leakage
- Test execution efficiency
- Automation coverage growth
- Establish success metrics and track continuously
2. SAP-Aligned Execution
- Work with SAP teams to validate end-to-end processes across multiple systems
- Ensure Qyrus aligns with:
- SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, Fiori, APIs)
- Release cycles and transport strategy
- Guide teams on:
- Test design
- Testing of Fiori/UI5 applications and API-driven integrations (OData-based flows)
- Data-driven testing
3. Stakeholder & Delivery Governance
- Run:
- Weekly delivery reviews
- KPI dashboards
- Risk and issue tracking
- Interface with:
- QA leaders
- SAP functional leads
- Own escalations and resolution
- Influence decision-making on testing strategies and tool adoption
4. Adoption Reinforcement (Sustained)
- Ensure continued usage beyond initial rollout
- Identify drop-offs in adoption and fix them
- Drive maturity from:
- Basic usage → advanced automation → AI-led optimization
5. Product & Engineering Collaboration
- Work with product/engineering teams to:
- Resolve issues
- Prioritize enhancements
- Provide structured feedback from real usage
6. Operational Excellence
- Ensure:
- Test execution reliability
- Defect tracking discipline
- Release readiness
- Bring structure to customer QA processes using Qyrus
Qualifications
SAP Expertise (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong in SAP processes (O2C, P2P, RTR)
- Experience with:
- SAP S/4HANA
- Fiori/UI5
- OData APIs
- Background in SAP testing / QA programs
Delivery & Customer Success
- Experience in managing enterprise implementations
- Strong governance and execution discipline
- Ability to drive measurable outcomes
Testing & Automation
- Understanding of:
- Automation frameworks
- API testing
- Regression optimization
