Role _ SAP Customer service Lead Consultant

Must-Have
- Should have overall 10+ years of experience in SAP CS Customer service.
- Should have experience in S4 HANA implementation project.
- Must have Hands-on experience working in various interface with SFDC.
- Should have knowledge of Sales Force (SFDC) integration with S4 HANA.
- Should have knowledge of OTC processes, Sales order management, Salesforce, Warranty management, Field services, AMC.
- Must be proficient in Field service project planning, Intercompany repair process, regional repair center process, Debit memo request creation process. Service order management, Engineer consignment booking process.
- Should have knowledge in service order management with revenue, without revenue, Partial revenue process, Inbound delivery, Outbound delivery process.
- Should have knowledge in mapping tables, interface logics, integration with other streams and also FIORI application relevant to CS process.
- Coordinate with ABAP team in development of various RICEFW objects.
