Key Responsibilities
- Experienced SAP S/4 HANA CS Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation experience in SAP Customer Service (CS) module.
- The candidate should have worked on at least 1 full lifecycle implementations in S/4 HANA and be capable of handling business requirements, system configuration, and go-live activities independently.
- Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA CS implementations .
- Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into SAP solutions.
- Handle Service Notifications & Service Orders, Service Contracts & AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), Installed Base & Equipment Management
- Manage service repair process lifecycle including: Quotations, Sales Orders, Billing & Invoicing integration
- Work on integration with SAP SD for service sales & billing
- Perform AS-IS / TO-BE process mapping & gap analysis
- Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and coordinate with technical team
- Support testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), data migration & cutover activities
- Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders
- Understanding of integration with SAP SD module
- Awareness of Field Service / Mobile App integration.
- Experience in client interaction & requirement gathering
