Key Responsibilities:
- S/4HANA Service Management Consultant Must have Customer Service module & S4 HANA Service Management implementation
- SAP S/4HANA service Master Data maintenance, Technical Object maintenance, Interaction Center, On-site service and In-house Repair, Service Contract, Service Quotation, and Field Service Management Integration (FSM). Good in S/4 Hana service pricing configurations. Good in other OTC processes like Billing, delivery, PGI and accounting entries etc. S/4 Hana service mgmt. implementation experience is must. Good in soft skills and documentation etc. Conversant with Agile methodology.
- Strong SAP Plant maintenance functional resources with hands on project experience
- Ideal candidate will have experience in Plant Maintenance module / Customer service modules.
- SAP PM/CS certification will be nice to have
- Experience in SAP Customer Service. Strong understanding & experience in Integration of CS and SD with Material Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE) & Financial Accounting (FI) modules.
- Experience in Configuring core process of CS module based on SAP recommended practices for Service Notification, repair orders, service orders, resource related billing, service contracts and service master data.
- Extensive knowledge of repairs processing, goods receipt, storage location and tracking, integration with SAP Sales Order processing and Finance aspects to track costs of repair, details of repair and final invoice to customer.
- Extensive knowledge of replacement processing including scrap and refurbishment processing.
- Equipment master setup, tracking and integration with warranty tracking and coordination with SD and FI modules for reporting of warranty recognition.
- Extensive knowledge of Service work orders and integration throughout repairs process.
- Knowledge of service labour posting and integration with time keeping system
- Knowledge of material issues and postings.
- Translate user's requests into application system solutions Resolve business issues by working with various groups within the company
- Redesign procedures to suggest best business practices in concert with sap functionality.
