Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant. The selected candidate will assist in the design, implementation, and support of SAP CRM solutions to meet business needs. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, configuring SAP CRM systems, managing CRM middleware, and providing consulting support to clients. The role will also involve participation in cross-functional teams to execute and deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM and SAP CRM Technical concepts
- Experience or familiarity with Middleware functionalities and operations
- Understanding of Business Processes and their alignment with CRM solutions
- Skills in consulting and problem-solving within a client-oriented environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Relevant educational background or certification in SAP or CRM systems is an advantage
