JOB DESCRIPTION:Must Have:Design and implement solutions in SAP CRM Service Module, demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following areas:Master Data (Installed Base, Pricing, Org data, Business partners and products)Service order management including In-House repair processService ConfirmationService Contract ManagementCRM Billing etc.System configurations such as transactions, action profiles, status management, billing, transaction tax engine, Logistic integration with ERP etc.Responsible for complete implementation and deployment of projects and RFCs including hand-over to support team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Work as a part of the agile team and work independently on tasks aligning directly with the business/product owners for requirement gathering.Perform Unit testing and cutover tasksWork closely with the developers and ensure proper development of objects.Prepare scenarios and provide assistance during User acceptance testing.
