Looking for 5+ years of candidates with SAP CS Rollouter experience for one of the leading OEM company in Bangalore Hybrid mode of working.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP CS Rollouter based in Bengaluru, India, with some flexibility for remote work. The SAP CS Rollouter will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing Customer Service (CS) modules in SAP systems, aligning them with client business requirements. Key tasks include facilitating workshops, configuring SAP CS functionalities, working closely with business users to resolve issues, maintaining data integrity across master data, and supporting the rollout lifecycle. The role will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and transitions.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Business Process definition and optimization, with an ability to align processes with SAP CS implementations.
- Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and decision-making in complex SAP environments.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO and the ability to integrate these functionalities with the SAP CS module.
- Experience in managing and maintaining Master Data to ensure consistency and accuracy within SAP systems.
- Proven Consulting skills, including collaboration with clients, facilitating workshops, and providing tailored solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a hybrid, team-oriented environment.
- Experience in SAP rollout projects and a good understanding of SAP implementation methodologies is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
