Role Summary
- Lead SAP CS functional configuration and support for service management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support service orders, notifications, warranties
- Analyze business requirements and design CS solutions
- Manage integration with SD, MM, and FI
- Prepare functional documents and assist ABAP developments
- Support testing cycles and defect resolution
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide fixes
- Support ongoing enhancements and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong SAP CS configuration and support experience
- Knowledge of end to end service management lifecycle
- Good integration knowledge with logistics and finance
- Offshore delivery experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
