We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Service Consultant with strong expertise in SAP CRM Service Module, Interaction Center, and ERMS functionalities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in service process management, email response systems, and SAP CRM support activities.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✅ Work on SAP CRM Service Module configurations and support
✅ Manage and support Interaction Center functionalities
✅ Handle ERMS (Email Response Management System) processes and configurations
✅ Work on Mail Forms setup and customization
✅ Monitor and manage Background Jobs and issue resolution
✅ Support service processes, incident handling, and troubleshooting
✅ Collaborate with business users and stakeholders for requirement analysis
✅ Provide documentation and end-user support
🎯 Required Skills
✔ Strong hands-on experience in SAP CRM Service Module
✔ Experience with Interaction Center and CRM service workflows
✔ Expertise in ERMS (Email Response Management System)
✔ Hands-on experience with Mail Forms and Background Jobs
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
