Job Title: SAP CX Expert / SAP CX Marketing Functional Consultant
We have a requirement for an
SAP CX Expert / SAP CX Marketing Functional Consultant who can work in the
CET timezone.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an SAP CX/CRM Functional Consultant
- Contractual role
Principal Accountabilities
- Design, configure, and test scalable and flexible solutions identified and prioritised by the Product Owner
- Leverage SAP best practices to implement solutions while maximising standard product utilisation and minimising custom development
- Design and document custom development requirements and coordinate with developers, testers, PMs, and partners
- Collaborate with Architecture, Delivery, and Services teams
- Deliver solutions on time and within budget with defined quality standards
- Participate in team design activities and mentor junior team members
- Manage customer expectations through regular communication
- Produce and maintain project/support documentation
- Handle problem management and issue escalation
- Participate in business readiness and operational change activities
- Ensure compliance with operational processes and regulatory requirements
- Reduce solution defects and rework
- Participate in weekly on-call support rotation
Technical Skills Required - Strong experience in Lead-to-Cash processes
- Experience configuring end-to-end marketing processes for B2B & B2C scenarios
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following:
- SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- SAP Emarsys
- SAP Marketing Cloud
- Strong understanding of:
- Interactions
- Tactics
- Personalisation
- Segmentation
- Target Groups
- Omni-channel Campaigns
- Good knowledge of SAP CDP capabilities:
- Activities
- Customer Profiles
- Audiences
- Journeys
- Flows
- Rules
- Understanding of SAP CDP integration capabilities (standard & custom)
- Experience integrating:
- SAP Sales Cloud
- SAP Service Cloud
- SAP Marketing Cloud

- Integration experience with:
- Google Analytics
- eCommerce Platforms
- Loyalty Management Systems
- POS
- ERP (S/4HANA)
- Strong understanding of OData and Web Services
- Hands-on experience with SAP CPI integrations
- Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong focus on security, performance, data protection, and high availability
- Experience in documentation, peer reviews, and architecture design
- Understanding of development, testing, and deployment best practices
Additional Preferred Skills - Experience configuring Sales & Service processes for B2B & B2C
- Knowledge of Lead-to-Cash and Issue-to-Resolve processes
- Hands-on experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C)
