Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a SAP CRM Functional Consultant based in Noida, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand and analyze business processes, configuring and maintaining SAP CRM systems, working with middleware integrations, troubleshooting CRM technical issues, and providing high-quality consultancy services. The role will also require ensuring seamless implementation of solutions that meet client business objectives while maintaining documentation and delivering training.
Qualifications
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Lead workshops to understand business needs and translate them into SAP functional designs.
- System Configuration: Configure SAP CRM modules (Sales, Service, Interaction Center, Marketing) based on best practices.
- Middleware Management: Set up and troubleshoot SAP CRM Middleware for integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
- Documentation: Prepare functional specifications for ABAP developments and maintain configuration documents.
- Testing & Support: Conduct Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Post-Implementation Support: Resolve production issues, handle incident management, and provide training to end-users
Key Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4–6 years in SAP CRM functional consulting with at least one full-cycle implementation.
- Modules: Deep knowledge of CRM Business Partner, Sales (opportunities, quotations, orders), and Service processes.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CRM WebUI, Actions, and Action Profiles.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Customer Management.
- Experience with SAP Hybris or B2B/B2C integration
