Job Title: SAP CRM Functional Architect

Role Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate as a key member of an application development and implementation team to deliver functional solutions for multiple SAP transformation and enhancement projects.
- Understand customer requirements and design solutions aligned with business needs.
- Act as an interface between customer stakeholders and development teams.
- Configure and enhance existing Sales and Service processes in SAP CRM 7.0.
- Contribute to establishing and maintaining application standards and processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
Skills & Experience:
Mandatory:
- 8–14 years of experience in SAP CRM implementation or application enhancement projects.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate solution workshops.
- Hands-on experience in configuring end-to-end Sales and Service processes, including:
- Sales & Service Configuration:
- B2B and B2C scenarios
- Organization Management
- Transaction Types
- Partner Determination Procedures
- Status Management
- Activity Management

- Experience in SAP CRM and ECC integration.
- Knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware Administration Console, mapping & filtering techniques, and data loads.
- Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash processes.
- Knowledge of Customer Service and Service Management processes (repairs, returns, product exchange, etc.).
- Ability to create high-quality solution design documents.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
