Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM (C4C) Functional Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise across both on-premise SAP CRM and SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C). The role covers full-cycle implementation and global support, involving requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, extensions, integration, testing, data migration, cutover, and hypercare. The consultant must be capable of bridging business processes with technical execution, ensuring seamless customer experience processes across Sales, Service, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end SAP CRM and SAP C4C implementations including requirement analysis, blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment.
· Strong functional expertise in SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
· Hands-on configuration and enhancement experience in SAP C4C Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
· Technical knowledge of CRM WebUI, BOL/GENIL, BADIs, enhancements, PDI/SDK development, and OData integration.
· Understanding of customer experience processes, lead-to-cash flows, and service lifecycle management.
· Strong knowledge of integration patterns with ECC/S4HANA, CPI, and external customer-facing platforms.
