Position: SAP APM (Agent Performance Management) Consultant
Experience: 8+ Years Overall | 5+ Years Relevant in SAP APM / Callidus ICM
Location: Pan India
Mandatory Requirements:
- 5+ years hands-on development experience in SAP APM (Agent Performance Management) / Callidus ICM (Incentive Compensation Management).
- End-to-end implementation experience in SAP APM.
- Strong functional & technical understanding of SPM (Sales Performance Management)
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL.
- Ability to design, configure, troubleshoot and optimize APM components across calculation, workflow, crediting, and payout modules.
Preferred Skills
- Working exposure to ETL tools (Informatica / DataStage / SSIS or similar).
- Experience in Python for data processing or automation.
- Strong communication skills with proven client & stakeholder management capability.
