As a SAP CPI - PIPO Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Technology Consulting practice, leveraging your skills to deliver impactful solutions for client engagements. Within our SAP practice, you will be responsible for driving process quality and delivery capability, supporting our clients with premium services that extend PwC's global delivery capabilities. You will work closely with clients to address complex business issues, from strategy to execution, and develop solutions that meet their needs.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success, maintaining standards, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will coach team members, encouraging them to take ownership of their development, and analyze complex ideas to build meaningful recommendations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on building trusted relationships and upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. You will develop a perspective on key global trends and manage a variety of viewpoints to create positive outcomes for all parties involved.
Responsibilities
- Leading SAP technology consulting projects and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of SAP-driven business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing technical proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA to enhance insights generation
- Building and maintaining relationships with business leaders to identify and address technology challenges
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of scalable SAP solutions for process optimization
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across SAP consulting teams
- Validating data integrity, security, and compliance within SAP frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing SAP utilization and improving business performance
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
- Excelling in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and SAP Fiori
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP HANA
- Utilizing strategic technology planning for business transformation
- Embracing change and fostering innovation in SAP environments
- Building trusted relationships through effective communication and teamwork
