Hiring: SAP CPI Lead Consultant.

🔹 About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI Lead Consultant to lead and drive enterprise integration initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining integration architecture, ensuring best practices, and leading a high-performing development team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite implementations.
Design and define CPI platform architecture, integration strategy, and governance.
Develop and manage integrations between SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and external systems.
Work with multiple integration technologies: APIs, IDocs, REST, SOAP, OData, JSON, XML.
Oversee the complete integration lifecycle – design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Ensure performance optimization, security, and error handling mechanisms.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical architects.
Manage, mentor, and guide the development team to ensure timely delivery.
Drive best practices, reusable frameworks, and scalable integration solutions.
🔹 Required Skills & Expertise
Strong hands-on experience in SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
Proven experience in integrating SAP S/4HANA & SAP ECC systems.
Expertise in API-based integrations and middleware concepts.
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, message mappings, and adapters.
Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Good understanding of security protocols and authentication mechanisms.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
SAP CPI / Integration Suite Certification.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Exposure to cloud platforms and hybrid integration landscapes.
